CISSP sertifikaatti

CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) ammattitaitosertifikaatti on laadittu (ISC)2 organisaation toimesta. Sertifikaattiin liittyviksi tietoturvallisuusalan osa-alueiksi on määritelty kymmenen eri aihepiiriä.

Aihepiirit ovat (CBK, Common Body of Knowledge)

1. Pääsyoikeuksien hallinta (Access Control Systems & Methodology)
2. Järjestelmäkehitys (Applications & Systems Development)
3. Jatkuvuussuunnittelu (Business Continuity Planning)
4. Salakirjoitusmenetelmät (Cryptography)
5. Lait, tutkinta ja etiikka (Law, Investigation & Ethics)
6. Toiminnan turvallisuus (Operations Security)
7. Fyysinen turvallisuus (Physical Security)
8. Turvallisuusarkkitehtuuri ja -mallit (Security Architecture & Models)
9. Tietoturvallisuuden johtaminen (Security Management Practices)
10. Tieto- ja teleliikenneverkkojen turvallisuus (Telecommunications, Network & Internet Security)

CISSP näyttökokeen läpäisyn edellytys on että kokelas saa riittävän hyvän suorituksen useissa näistä tietoturvallisuuden aihepiireissä.

CISSP sertifikaatin haltijan odotetaan myös kunnioittavan CISSP sertifikaattiin liittyviä eettisiä periaatteita. Nämä eettiset periaatteet on kuvattu www.isc2.org verkkosivuilla (CISSP Code of Ethics). Tarkemmat tiedot CISSP sertifikaatista löydät www.isc2.org verkkosivuilta.

"CISSP is considered the premier international credential for establishing that a candidate possesses the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities for competent practice of information security with at least four years professional experience. The consortium that established (ISC)2 and the CISSP credential included many internationally recognized IS industry associations and groups. The CISSP examination is developed, maintained, administered, and scored in compliance with key testing industry standards [the most important of which are promulgated by the APA, NCME, AERA, the federal government (EEOC), CLEAR and NOCA], to ensure the integrity and technical correctness of the assessment and measurement process."
